When you join the priority RSVP list, we collect your first name and email address. We record the date you signed up and whether you opted in to optional marketing emails. Details previously provided, such as last name, phone number, business or organization, business status, and areas of interest, remain part of existing signup records.

How we use it

Joining the priority list permits necessary conference communications about Road 2 Financial Freedom, such as when registration opens and when dates, location, and schedule are confirmed. Promotional emails require separate consent. Previously shared areas of interest may help us plan conference content. Email delivery is not currently configured; no email is sent by submitting this form.

Optional marketing consent

Marketing emails about other events, educational opportunities, and services are sent only if you check the separate, optional box on the form. Joining the list does not require it, and you can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. Your submission is visible only to authorized conference organizers.

Eventbrite

If official registration is offered through Eventbrite, information you give Eventbrite is governed by Eventbrite's own policies. Joining this website's interest list is separate from registering on Eventbrite.

You may ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop sending you emails, by contacting the organizer using the contact details shown in the site footer. Contact details will be published when confirmed.
